ReviewPro, a technology based start-up with headquarters in Barcelona that offers innovative products and services targeting the hotel sector, is seeking a Social Media Specialist/Community Manager.
This person will be responsible for executing the company’s social media strategy by leveraging social media tools and online platforms to create synergies, brand awareness and generate leads. The specialist will develop and manage social media properties (the corporate blog, Facebook, twitter, etc), including daily monitoring, posting and content development.
Looking for a candidate with demonstrated ability/skills in the following areas:
– Knowledge of social media best practices, emerging online trends, communities and how to utilize/engage to achieve business objectives of creating brand awareness and generating leads
– Maintain and manage blog and other platforms with duties such as copy-editing and comment moderation
– Create relationships with bloggers, associations, organization & promotion of events
– Self motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
– Ability to self-manage in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
– Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages desirable)
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Excellent writing skills
– Prior experience defining and implementing social media marketing programs and campaigns
– Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus
– Wordpress or equivalent

– Microsoft Office
